Log into the web portal
Head to schools.sidelinehq.co and sign into your account.
Download the bulk templates
Grab the Bulk Equipment and Bulk Player templates from the upload sections.
Upload your players and equipment
Fill out the templates and bulk upload your roster and gear inventory in seconds.
Add non-serialized and one-time equipment
Add items like shoulder pads, mouthpieces, and other bulk gear that don't need serial numbers.
Start checking equipment in and out
Assign gear to players, track every transaction, and run your program from anywhere.
GETTING STARTED
Bulk Upload Players
Import your entire roster at once using the bulk upload template. Download the template, fill it out, and upload your player list in seconds.
Bulk Upload Equipment
Import your full equipment inventory at once using the bulk upload template. Download, fill out, and upload your serialized gear list.
Adding Individual Players
Add players one at a time with name, graduation year, and optional guardian contact info. Edit player cards anytime with the pencil icon.
Adding Serialized Equipment
Add individually tracked items like helmets and shoulder pads with serial numbers, size, brand, purchase year, and reconditioning dates.
Adding Non-Serialized Equipment
Add bulk items like shoulder pads that don't need individual tracking. Enter the category, quantity, and they're ready for checkout.
