The Team
The team behind Sideline HQ includes former head coaches, athletic directors at the high school level, and directors of football operations at the collegiate level. We've lived the equipment management problem from every angle.
The Problem
Every athletic program deals with the same nightmare: spreadsheets that don't sync, gear that goes missing, and nobody knowing who had what. And then there's the moment you're headed out to practice and a player needs a last-minute item — so you hand it over and inevitably forget to record that transaction. Multiply that across a season and the budget takes the hit.
The Solution
Sideline HQ was built to fix that. We created a platform that's purpose-built for how equipment rooms actually work — not a generic inventory tool with a sports skin on it.

Based in Saint Johns and Orlando, Florida, we're a small team that understands the realities of running a sports program. We build for coaches who are doing this job on top of everything else they already do.
