How We're Building Something Coaches Actually Need

We didn't set out to build software.

We set out to solve a problem that every coach we know deals with — and that nobody had fixed yet.

It Started with a Conversation

Like a lot of things in coaching, this started with a conversation in an equipment room.

"There's got to be a better way to do this."

You've probably said it yourself. Maybe while staring at a spreadsheet that hasn't been updated in three weeks. Maybe while texting a player's mom to ask about missing shoulder pads. Maybe while digging through a pile of returned gear trying to figure out what still hasn't come back.

We'd heard that same line from coaches across the state — at clinics, on sidelines, in group chats. The frustration was universal. The solutions? Nonexistent.

The tools that do exist in the equipment management space? Most of them were built for Division I programs with full-time equipment staffs, six-figure budgets, and entire rooms dedicated to gear. That's not the reality for 95% of football programs in America.

Mobile + Web Access Access everything from your phone on the practice field or from your office computer. Your data syncs in real time, so everyone on staff sees the same information.

That's it. No 47-feature dashboard with analytics you'll never use. No modules for things that have nothing to do with your program. Just the tools you need to go from chaos to control.

Built for the Programs That Get Overlooked

Here's something that frustrated us about the market: every equipment management company seems to be chasing college programs and professional teams. That's where the money is. We get it.

But high school programs — the ones with 80 to 150 players, volunteer coaches, and budgets held together with booster club fundraisers — they need these tools *more* than anyone.
